Amoy Straight To Wok Thread Fine Noodles add a delicate texture to your dish. Great served with Amoy sweet and sour stir fry sauce. It has no artificial colours or flavours. It is suitable for vegetarians.

Water, WHEAT Flour, Sunflower Oil, WHEAT GLUTEN, Salt, Acidity Regulator-Lactic Acid, Stabiliser-Guar Gum

Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE. After cooking your stir fry ingredients, add noodles and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Ensure hot before serving. Microwave – From Ambient – To Microwave (based on 850 watt microwave). Remove outer packaging. Empty noodles from the inner pouch into a microwaveable bowl. Add approx 10ml water (1 dessertspoon). Cover and heat on full power for 1 minute. Stir with a fork to separate before serving. Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Two or more packs will require a longer heating time.
